Refund policy

At Seeyoo, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Important: This policy applies only to items purchased directly from seeyooshop.com. We cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges for items bought from other websites, third-party retailers, or platforms.


📌 Order Cancellation

  • Orders placed on seeyooshop.com can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase at no charge.
  • Once an order has entered handling/processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

📦 Return & Refund Window

  • We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).
  • After 7 days, returns for non-quality-related reasons will not be accepted.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in resellable condition (no dents, bends, scratches, or damage caused after delivery).
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Second returns of the same order/item may not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping & Restocking Fee

For non-quality-related returns (including change of mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer needed, etc.), we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • If you use our prepaid return label, a $6.99 restocking & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • This fee covers return shipping coordination and restocking/processing costs.

🛠️ Defective / Wrong / Missing / Damaged Items (Our Responsibility)

If your order arrives with a problem that is our responsibility, we will make it right. This includes:

  • Defective item(s)
  • Wrong item received
  • Missing item(s) in the package
  • Damaged on arrival (DOA)

In these cases, we will provide a free replacement or an appropriate solution after verification, and no restocking fee will apply.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the return conditions.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
  • If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
  • If you received an incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement shipment upon verification.

📩 How to Initiate a Return

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) in question (and packaging if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address (or a prepaid label, if applicable).

  • Returns must pass inspection before any refund is issued.
  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected or only partially refunded.
  • Please keep your tracking information until your return is fully processed.
