Shipping policy

🕒 Order Processing Time

  • Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
  • Processing time for standard products: 1 -3 business days.
  • Pre-order items require 10 business days of production time before shipping.
  • All timeframes are based on business days (Monday -Friday).
  • Expedited Orders: To qualify for same-day shipping, orders must be placed by NOON ET.

🌍 Shipping Destinations

Shipping available across the United States — from coast to coast! At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses using standard shipping only. Please note that express shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders placed with APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be canceled and refunded.

Undeliverable or Unsupported Addresses

Some orders may not be eligible for delivery to certain address types depending on the shipping carrier, package size, or shipping method selected.

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you to request a valid physical street address. If no alternative deliverable address is provided within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.

To avoid delays, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

📦 Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number, sent to your email once the order ships.

🛠 Split Shipments

While most orders ship in one package, in some cases we may ship items separately. If this occurs, we'll notify you via email with separate tracking numbers.

⚠️ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Marked as delivered to the wrong location
  • Marked delivered, but not received within 2 business days
  • Stuck in transit for more than 5 business days

Resolution Options:

  • We will investigate and attempt to recover the package
  • If unsuccessful, we offer a refund (original payment method or store credit), or a reshipment/replacement
  • Please allow 3-4 business days for our team to process the investigation

Claim Deadline: Lost package claims must be submitted within 45 days of the order date. For other issues, contact us within 90 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please record a video and take photos while opening the package.
  • If you receive a wrong or severely damaged item, we will issue a full refund.
  • If an item is missing, you can choose a partial refund or reshipment with a special discount coupon.
  • We do not cover damage caused by improper handling or intentional misuse.
